Acceptance of the Policy

This document contains the policy of the web site www.astronomy.com.ph (the "Site") regarding the privacy of its users, and shall henceforth be known as the "Privacy Policy".

Use of Personal Information

The staff of the Site respects and values your privacy as much as they respect and value their own. Astronomy.com.ph does not sell, exchange, or release your personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, mailing address, phone numbers, and credit card data, without your consent to any third-party entities.

Furthermore, Astronomy.com.ph does not gather any such information from you without your consent. Any information that has been gathered shall be visible only to authorized staff of the Site.

Advertiser Information

If and when we do give information to our advertisers, it shall be in the form of grouped statistics compiled from our access and page view logs. Under no circumstances shall any personally identifiable information be provided to any of our advertisers.

Recognizable Identities

Pictures of people with recognizable identity appearing in the Site were posted with the full knowledge of the persons concerned. If, for any reason, a person appearing in such a picture shall request its removal from the Site, the picture shall be removed at the soonest possible time within a reasonable time period.
